The Gibson Les Paul Standard 60s returns to the classic design that made it iconic, relevant, and beloved across generations and musical genres. Paying tribute to Gibson’s Golden Era of innovation, this model brings authentic tone and feel back to the forefront.

Built with a solid mahogany body topped by an AA figured maple cap, the Les Paul Standard 60s features no weight relief, delivering full resonance and dynamic response. The mahogany Slim Taper 60s-style neck provides fast, comfortable playability, paired with a rosewood fingerboard and classic trapezoid inlays.

Traditional hardware appointments include an ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar tailpiece, Grover Rotomatic tuners with kidney buttons, and gold Top Hat control knobs with silver reflectors.

Electronics are handled by a set of Burstbucker 61 pickups, with a 61R in the neck position and a 61T in the bridge, both loaded with AlNiCo V magnets, audio taper potentiometers, and Orange Drop capacitors, all hand-wired for rich vintage character, clarity, and expressive dynamics.

Delivered in a Gibson hardshell case, the Les Paul Standard 60s remains a benchmark instrument for players seeking the true Les Paul sound, feel, and legacy.
