Refined Tone And Authoritative Power

The Katana-210 Bass brings you high-performance amplification fueled by decades of BOSS knowledge and expertise. Armed with 160 watts of time-tested class AB power, this gig-ready amp provides big volume, punch, and presence, along with smooth, natural drive as you turn up the gain. Three unique preamp types are also available—each with a powerful three-way Shape switch to fine-tune the character—so you’ll always have the perfect sound for any style or genre.

Vintage — A classic tube voice with organic tone and natural drive.
Flat — Smooth, clear, and dynamic tone with rich harmonic character.
Modern — Quick dynamic response with extended bass range.

Command The Stage

With its custom-designed speaker system and rock-solid combo cabinet, the Katana-210 Bass produces a commanding voice to drive your band in any musical situation. Two 10-inch woofers provide fullness and projection for larger stages, complemented with a tweeter for high-frequency definition that’s ideal for slap and other modern playing styles. The efficient bi-amp design delivers clear and balanced sound, and the tweeter can be turned off via a panel switch for a more traditional bass tone if desired.

Four Independent Effects Sections

The Katana series is famous for its onboard BOSS effects, and the Katana-210 Bass is no exception. Dedicated compressor/limiter and drive sections provide core processing, while FX1 and FX2 offer a wide selection from the BOSS bass effects library — from classics like chorus and flanger to octave, bass synth, and more. The FX2 section also includes delay and reverb, and over 60 total effect types are available via the BOSS Tone Studio editor.

Precision Sound-Crafting Tools

The intuitive front-panel controls on the Katana-210 Bass allow detailed tone shaping with ease. The studio-inspired Blend section lets you mix in dry signal, with three customizable pre-shape settings for optimal tonal balance. A comprehensive four-band EQ is also included, featuring three selectable frequency centers for both low-mid and high-mid bands.

Rich Performance Versatility

The flexible Katana-210 Bass is an ideal companion for live performance. Six Tone Setting memories are available to store and recall complete sound setups, including preamp, EQ, Blend, and effects. Memories can be switched from the panel or expanded with optional footswitches, an expression pedal, or the GA-FC Foot Controller. A balanced XLR output provides selectable direct, pre, or post signals, and an external speaker output allows you to expand your rig when needed.

Recording And Practice Powerhouse

The Katana-210 Bass excels in studio recording and home practice. The variable Power Control lets you achieve cranked-amp tone at any volume level. A headphones/recording output provides direct sound with effects and mic’d cabinet emulation featuring three Air Feel settings. USB connectivity enables direct recording and integration with computer-based production systems.

Go Deeper With BOSS Tone Studio

For deeper sound customization, the BOSS Tone Studio editor unlocks advanced control over preamp, EQ, Blend, and more than 60 BOSS effects. Organize tones into Live Sets, fine-tune global EQs, and adjust system parameters such as Air Feel and USB routing. By connecting the optional BOSS Bluetooth® Audio MIDI Dual Adaptor, you can wirelessly edit sounds from an iOS or Android device during rehearsals or gigs.

This place rocks! I was looking for a very specific guitar all across Canada and I found it in this gem of a shop located in Quebec. The people I dealt with there, namely Eric, were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat. The guitar arrived in Victoria on time, quickly, very well packaged and I'm not even kidding when I say it was perfectly in tune out of the case and beautifully set up. I don't think that's ever happened in all my years of buying instruments. Thank you to Gérald Musique!

I took a chance buying a guitar online from this shop and it's by far the best guitar I own. Made in Canada beauty, the Godin Session 59T. The price was incredible as well as they took a very reasonable offer. Everything about the guitar was perfect including the carrying case it came in. Absolutely no complaints and I would love to buy from this shop again.
