The Fender Player II Modified Telecaster couples a hot-rodded combination of classic design and player-centric features that bridges the gap between iconic Tele tone and modern performance. With its Player II Noiseless pickups and a modified circuit featuring a treble bleed, the Player II Modified Telecaster operates with a noise-free, consistent tone — even at lower volumes. You can even inject humbucker thickness with a push-pull series switch pot that runs the single-coils in series. An alder body, a modern C maple neck, and a rolled fingerboard add up to refined playability, complete with newly designed sting trees and short shaft locking tuners for added stability. Tele fans who long for the brass of vintage instruments delight in this guitar’s secret: six satin chrome-plated brass saddles that facilitate trademark sustain while offering advanced intonation adjustment. Overall, the features and playability of the Player II Modified Tele culminate in an instrument with the classic aesthetic and feel you crave, as well as modern advancements that will elevate your playing experience.
