At the heart of the 614ce Grand Auditorium is Taylor’s revolutionary V-Class bracing, which increases volume consistency, enhances sustain, and improves natural intonation. By creating a more unified response from the soundboard, V-Class bracing allows notes to interact more harmoniously, letting chords bloom with clarity and cohesion.

This guitar showcases exceptional tonewoods, including figured bigleaf maple for the back and sides, a torrefied Sitka spruce top, and a West African ebony fingerboard. Together, these materials produce a sound that is highly responsive to the player’s touch, adding warmth, depth, and dimensionality to maple’s signature transparent brightness.

Signature Builder’s Edition features elevate comfort and precision, such as a beveled ebony armrest for relaxed picking and strumming, and Gotoh 510 tuning machines with a 21:1 ratio for ultra-accurate tuning.
