This instrument was built by a Masterbuilder’s apprentice named Levi Perry, Fender refers to it as “apprentice built”, and this one shows lots of creativity. Yes, it has been crafted from the finest woods featuring a stunning Roasted and Flamed Maple neck, but the striking Tortoise binding and pickguard, complimenting the magic Black with Gold Flake finish, really steals the show. Sonically, there is nothing this guitar can’t do. By utilizing a blend control that combines the bridge and neck pickups, you get all three classic Tele tones, plus three classic Strat tones, and variable amounts of all three pickups on at one time. This is a songwriter and recording artist’s dream guitar.
