The word “compact” is often associated with limitations. In the world of live sound, it usually implies compromises in functionality, connectivity, or sound quality — and sometimes all three. Until now, choosing a compact console almost always meant deciding what you were willing to sacrifice in order to get the features you needed within the space available.

The new DM3 Series of digital mixing consoles completely breaks this stereotype. It delivers outstanding sound quality, fast and simple setup, intuitive operation, and professional-grade features for live sound, streaming, studio or home recording, and music production — a combination unmatched by other compact mixers in this size class.
In a constantly evolving world filled with new challenges and opportunities, DM3 mixing consoles give you the power and flexibility to do far more than you ever thought possible with a compact digital console.

Compact, Cutting-Edge Digital Mixing Consoles

In 1987, Yamaha introduced the world’s first digital mixing console, the DMP7, ushering in a new era of consoles that delivered expanded functionality in a more compact format than their analog counterparts. Decades later, the DM3 Series sets a new benchmark for compact console performance, combining powerful features with extreme portability — making it an invaluable tool across a wide range of applications and environments.

The DM3 Series includes two models: DM3 Standard and DM3, the first compact console to be fully compatible with Dante, enabling faster and easier multi-device system integration. Both consoles feature a multilingual user interface, configurable to ensure smooth, intuitive operation for users of all experience levels.

Equally at home in a live venue or a home studio, a DM3 Series console can handle a live performance, capture and stream audio, then be taken home for DAW-based editing. It can serve as a main console for a small show one day, and a secondary mixer for livestreaming the next — the possibilities are virtually endless.

A Legacy of Sonic Purity

The ideal starting point for any audio engineering project is transparent, uncolored sound. Every Yamaha mixing console is designed with this philosophy in mind, allowing engineers to capture the source accurately and shape the sound creatively only when desired.

Despite its compact size, the DM3 Series supports 96 kHz sampling, continuing Yamaha’s legacy of sonic purity and providing the perfect foundation for mixing, recording, livestreaming, and installed audio applications.

Simple. Intuitive. Powerful.

One of the greatest advantages of digital mixing consoles is ease of use combined with access to advanced features that would otherwise require extensive experience and additional outboard gear in an analog setup. The DM3 Series embodies a “less is more” design philosophy, utilizing a 9-inch touchscreen and a single Touch & Turn control to manage most console operations — delivering a user experience similar to that of a modern smartphone.

This place rocks! I was looking for a very specific guitar all across Canada and I found it in this gem of a shop located in Quebec. The people I dealt with there, namely Eric, were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat. The guitar arrived in Victoria on time, quickly, very well packaged and I'm not even kidding when I say it was perfectly in tune out of the case and beautifully set up. I don't think that's ever happened in all my years of buying instruments. Thank you to Gérald Musique!

I took a chance buying a guitar online from this shop and it's by far the best guitar I own. Made in Canada beauty, the Godin Session 59T. The price was incredible as well as they took a very reasonable offer. Everything about the guitar was perfect including the carrying case it came in. Absolutely no complaints and I would love to buy from this shop again.
