Shipping Policy

Gerald Musique


1. Shipping Areas

We currently ship our products across Canada.

Certain restrictions may apply to oversized, heavy, or fragile items. When applicable, these restrictions will be indicated at checkout.


2. Carriers

To provide the best shipping option for each order, Gerald Musique selects the most appropriate carrier, including but not limited to:

  • Canada Post

  • UPS

  • Other recognized carriers

The carrier is selected based on:

  • Product type

  • Weight and dimensions

  • Destination

  • Required service level


3. Processing Times

Orders are generally processed within 1 to 3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Processing times may be longer in the following cases:

  • Products requiring additional inspection

  • Used instruments

  • Peak sales periods


4. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on:

  • Destination

  • Selected carrier

  • Service level chosen

Delivery estimates provided at checkout are approximate and do not constitute a delivery guarantee.


5. Shipping Fees

Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:

  • Order contents

  • Destination

  • Selected shipping method

Shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.


6. Insurance and Liability

All orders shipped by Gerald Musique may be insured according to their value.

Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Gerald Musique cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist customers with any applicable claims process.


7. Delivery and Receipt

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Provide a complete and accurate shipping address

  • Ensure someone is available to receive the package when required

Any order marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered received.


8. In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available for eligible orders.

Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup. Valid photo identification may be required at the time of pickup.


9. Items Damaged During Shipping

If a package is received damaged:

  • The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Photos of the package and product may be required

  • No claim can be processed without proper documentation


10. Shipping Address, Unclaimed Packages & Liability

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at checkout.

Gerald Musique cannot be held responsible for packages that are:

  • Delayed

  • Returned

  • Lost

  • Undelivered

due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to Gerald Musique for any of the following reasons:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Refused delivery

  • Unclaimed package

Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

Any order marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout will be considered received. Gerald Musique is not responsible for loss, theft, or delivery errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
