All orders shipped by Gerald Musique may be insured according to their value.
Once the order has been handed over to the carrier, Gerald Musique cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused by the carrier. However, we will assist customers with any applicable claims process.
It is the customer’s responsibility to:
Provide a complete and accurate shipping address
Ensure someone is available to receive the package when required
Any order marked as delivered by the carrier will be considered received.
Free in-store pickup is available for eligible orders.
Customers will be notified by email when their order is ready for pickup. Valid photo identification may be required at the time of pickup.
If a package is received damaged:
The customer must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
Photos of the package and product may be required
No claim can be processed without proper documentation
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete, accurate, and valid shipping address at checkout.
Gerald Musique cannot be held responsible for packages that are:
Delayed
Returned
Lost
Undelivered
due to incorrect, incomplete, or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
If a package is returned to Gerald Musique for any of the following reasons:
Incorrect or incomplete address
Refused delivery
Unclaimed package
Reshipping fees will be the responsibility of the customer.
Any order marked as delivered by the carrier to the address provided at checkout will be considered received. Gerald Musique is not responsible for loss, theft, or delivery errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.
