• Customizable Control

  The RC-600 is highly customizable, allowing you to configure your Looper to match your workflow. The footswitches and pedal modes let you control numerous parameters for track management, effects, rhythms, Tap Tempo, and more. In some cases, a single footswitch can trigger different functions depending on whether you press it once, twice, or hold it down. Two jack connectors are available for connecting external footswitches or expression pedals, each with independent parameter settings. The Assign function allows up to 16 different controls for instrument or MIDI management. And with seven display variations, you can monitor multiple real-time statuses during performance.

  

   

  Powerful Effects for Inspired Performances

  With 49 Input FX and 53 Track FX, your loops on the RC-600 can be expressive and dynamic in any situation. You have a complete universe of tonal colors at your feet, including versatile effects from the extensive BOSS library, a guitar-to-bass simulator, and a wide range of powerful vocal effects. Track FX also include DJ-style effects such as Beat Scatter and Vinyl Flick. Up to four Input FX and Track FX can be used simultaneously, and groups of four can be saved in each section for quick recall, including knob and switch settings.

  

   

  Connect and Mix

  Equipped with versatile connectivity, the RC-600 is ready for any live performance setup. You get two XLR mic inputs, plus two mono/stereo Line input pairs for guitar, keyboards, drum machines, and other audio devices, along with an input mixer that includes two mic compressors and per-channel EQ. Three stereo output pairs, a headphone output, and an output mixer are also included, with full routing options and global reverb and compression. You can even use the audio inputs and outputs to patch in external effects to process at least one loop. And via USB, you can connect to music production software and use BOSS Tone Studio to import or export WAV loops.

  

   

  Move and Groove

  The RC-600 includes a wide selection of organic rhythm patterns with real-time modification options. You get over 200 patterns in styles such as rock, pop, Latin, jazz, electronic, and more—each with four variations to bring your loops to life. Intros and endings are included, along with automatic transitions between sections. Can’t find what you need? Import your own SMF rhythms via USB using the RC Rhythm Converter software. With 16 onboard drum kits, you can perform with anything from light percussion or brush grooves to hard rock or electronic beats.

  

   

  Creative Functions

  The RC-600 also offers numerous creative tools inspired by experienced Loop Station users. Three different Overdub modes are available, including one that allows you to replace the current loop while it plays, plus a new Bounce In function for combining multiple tracks into one. The Undo/Redo function has been enhanced with Mark Back, allowing you to instantly return to the previous loop state during performance. Half-speed and double-speed options are available, and you can freely adjust global playback speed with or without pitch change. The Auto Rec function can now be assigned to a footswitch for quick activation whenever needed.
