Leland Sklar is one of the most recorded bassists of all time, and his heavily modified P Bass has been heard on countless recordings since the mid ’70s. A USA production version of the studio legend’s iconic instrument, the Fender Lee Sklar Precision Bass is certainly one of the most distinctive instruments you’ll find. With its 1.59-inch nut width, the neck is thinner than that of a standard P Bass, providing a faster feel more akin to a Jazz Bass. Like the original, this signature model is spec’d with a round-laminated rosewood fingerboard with a 7.25-inch radius and low-profile frets. The electronics are quite novel as well, with two active EMG Lee Sklar P pickups that deliver a much wider tonal range than a single stock passive P Bass pickup. The Lee Sklar Precision Bass is also outfitted with top-drawer hardware, including a Hipshot BT3 Bass Xtender, and is finished in Fender’s exclusive Heirloom nitrocellulose lacquer. Part of the Fender Stories Collection, the Lee Sklar Precision Bass pays tribute to an iconic bassist and the modified P Bass he used to shape the sound of popular music.

This place rocks! I was looking for a very specific guitar all across Canada and I found it in this gem of a shop located in Quebec. The people I dealt with there, namely Eric, were absolutely amazing. Very accommodating and helpful. I would buy from here again in a heartbeat. The guitar arrived in Victoria on time, quickly, very well packaged and I'm not even kidding when I say it was perfectly in tune out of the case and beautifully set up. I don't think that's ever happened in all my years of buying instruments. Thank you to Gérald Musique!

I took a chance buying a guitar online from this shop and it's by far the best guitar I own. Made in Canada beauty, the Godin Session 59T. The price was incredible as well as they took a very reasonable offer. Everything about the guitar was perfect including the carrying case it came in. Absolutely no complaints and I would love to buy from this shop again.
